Owner reporting
The monthly report your owners read, in seven sections. Every figure links to the transaction, lease clause, calculation or document behind it. Owners read it in their own portal and see only their buildings.
Seven sections, one month
The report opens with an executive summary, then the cash and account balances. Next come the income schedule and the expense schedule, by account. Then the payment and receipt schedule, matched to the bank. It ends with the lease and event calendar and the exceptions and action items.
The report is built only from entries a person approved. Every total equals the sum of its rows.
Every figure shows where it came from
Each number links to its source: the transaction, the lease clause, the calculation or the document. A figure with no source does not appear. A CAM true-up figure shows each step of its arithmetic.
What Komod does not track is stated as not tracked. It is never shown as an empty list that an owner would read as "none".
Draft, then closed
The report is a draft until the month is closed. Opening cash comes from the prior month's closed report; when there is none, the figure is marked provisional. If the books change after a draft, closing on the stale draft is refused until it is regenerated.
You can download the report as a PDF or a spreadsheet, and share it by a link that expires.
The owner's portal
Owners sign in to their own portal. They see the period's status, the draft or closed report, and the recovery package, and they can download the files. They see only the buildings that belong to them.
The portal is read-only. An owner cannot approve, post or change anything, and cannot see another owner's buildings. The exceptions section is there too, so open items and lease deadlines are in view.

What the report shows
